Requirement of Customer Support Executive

  1. Should have 3 years Diploma in Computer Hardware and Networking from any Institute A.I.C.T.E. approved
  2. Hands on experience of 1-2 years.
  3. Having hands on knowledge in Desktops, Servers and network connectivity
  4. Corporate Antivirus trouble shooting
  5. Basic repairing knowledge Laser Printers, Multifunction devices, Scanner etc.
  6. Take care of Windows based mail software’s
  7. Salary Rs. 12K to 15K monthly CTC can go up depending on experience and expertise on the technical skill.
