Requirement of Customer Support Executive
- Should have 3 years Diploma in Computer Hardware and Networking from any Institute A.I.C.T.E. approved
- Hands on experience of 1-2 years.
- Having hands on knowledge in Desktops, Servers and network connectivity
- Corporate Antivirus trouble shooting
- Basic repairing knowledge Laser Printers, Multifunction devices, Scanner etc.
- Take care of Windows based mail software’s
- Salary Rs. 12K to 15K monthly CTC can go up depending on experience and expertise on the technical skill.
